Catalog sync, daily fetching, traceable sources and historical percentiles come first; more indices and filters will follow.

Global Index Valuation Dashboard
For most everyday investors, holding broad index funds in the world's major markets for the long run offers the most sensible balance of risk and return. That's the idea behind this dashboard: it tracks P/E and P/B for markets like China, the US and Japan every day, and uses historical percentiles to show whether an index looks cheap or expensive right now — and whether it might be worth adding to.
- Chinese broad-market, sector and thematic indices
- US / Japan / Vietnam / India / Europe
- Public web sources + scheduled sync
Valuation Board
Current valuations by market and group
This version favors sources anyone can verify on a public web page. For Chinese indices, current values are scraped from public P/E and P/B pages; historical percentiles are computed from snapshots this site has collected so far, rather than showing numbers of unclear origin.
For representative proxy indices in the US, Japan, India, Europe and offshore China, if the primary source fails, the dashboard tries a fallback to FMP. If FMP only returns prices or basic info without usable P/E or P/B, nothing is written for that run.

Method
Not a final version — a first stage built to keep growing
It lives on its own page so this idea can evolve at its own pace. It can grow into fuller valuation profiles, source comparisons, refresh logs and market filters without crowding the homepage.
Reliable updates first
Daily data, an extensible catalog and failures that are easy to trace come first; more complex features come later.
Every number links to its source
Both P/E and P/B keep a link to the public page they came from, so you never have to rely on screenshots or hearsay to check how they're calculated.
Room to grow
Future additions could include cross-border indices, filters, heatmaps and backfilled percentiles over longer histories.
