Find out whether Chinese suppliers are really independent
Check a group of suppliers, bidders or partners together. We retrieve Chinese business-registry records, trace ownership, and organise suspected links into reviewable evidence rather than an unexplained risk score.
Results are due-diligence leads, not findings of wrongdoing. Name-based matches are marked for manual verification and should be checked against source records.
The hard part is not checking one company. It is comparing the group.
Manual comparison breaks down
Copying registry fields and cross-checking several companies quickly becomes error-prone.
Relationships hide upstream
Indirect ownership, shared investments and cross-appointments may not be visible in a first-level check.
A warning is not evidence
Procurement teams need the fields, paths and uncertainty behind a finding before they can act on it.
Shared values and ownership paths are shown side by side for source verification.
From a supplier list to a reviewable report
Add the companies
Use the business-licence name, USCC, or the supplier flow to identify the correct Chinese entity.
Choose the depth
Select one to three ownership layers. Deeper checks can reveal indirect links and require more manual review.
Review and export
Inspect the relationship map and evidence, print to PDF, or download a self-contained HTML report.
Where the check fits
Supplier shortlist
Compare the companies competing for the same purchase in one group.
Supplier onboarding
Look for common control, cross-appointed people and duplicated contacts before deposit or contract.
Commercial due diligence
Keep registry evidence and human judgment separate and reviewable.
A check credit covers the procurement decision
Overseas checks use one batch credit per supplier group, with the number of suppliers and depth set by the credit tier. If a check fails, the credit is returned. Email us for a credit code.
Supplier Relationship Check Know the limits before relying on a result
Registry names can be identical without belonging to the same person.
Registry data comes from licensed providers through official APIs; we do not scrape marketplace or registry webpages.
The report supports commercial due diligence and supplier onboarding. It is not a legal finding, credit rating, sanctions screen or ESG assessment.
Frequently asked questions
What does a supplier relationship check show?
It surfaces suspected links from Chinese registry records: shared legal representatives, common shareholders, ownership chains, cross-appointed people, and duplicated or similar registered addresses and contacts.
Can it prove supplier fraud or collusion?
No. It produces reviewable leads. Whether a legal or contractual issue exists depends on the documents, payments, control evidence and applicable law, and must be assessed by a qualified professional or authority.
What supplier information is most reliable?
A business-licence photo or the 18-character Unified Social Credit Code (USCC) gives the cleanest match. Chinese full names are also precise. English names require confirmation.
How many suppliers can I check?
The limit depends on the credit tier. The product supports up to 20 suppliers in one group and ownership depth of one to three layers.
Can I archive the result?
Yes. Print the report to PDF or download a single self-contained HTML file. Completed reports remain available in your account.
